BIOGRAPHY
With over 25 years of experience as a senior executive, consultant and coach, Manny drives exceptional performance by creating and fostering an inclusive culture that inspires individuals to fulfill their potential and contribute to superior business outcomes. Manny has a particular passion in assisting those from “traditionally” under-represented groups in business – women, people of color, LGBT, differently-abled and mature workers as well as new entrants to the workforce and returning veterans.
Manny is the Founder and Principal of Inclusive Coaching which provides a range of services including career, leadership and management coaching as well and professional development retreats. Prior to his coaching practice, Manny was the Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer at Harvard Management Company, Inc. responsible for all corporate functions, including Human Resources, Education and Development, Budgeting, Accounting, and Facilities Management.
Manny received both his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and an Associates Degree in Human Resources Management from Northeastern University.
Manny’s presentation and audience participation will focus on:
- What attributes of a candidate help that person to be successful working with a coach; and in securing the position the candidate desires.
- Tell tale signs that things are awry and change in one’s job search is needed.
- Reasons why some people seem to be more successful than others in the process.
- Unkown resources to seek out and pitfalls to avoid.
