G{Code} House is a proposed pilot program that will provide co-living, co-learning, and co-working spaces for women and non binary people of color ages 18 to 25 to unlock their potential and break into the tech industry as disruptive change makers.
Objectives:
Build a Diverse Pipeline of Tech Talent: Empower the next generation of Black, brown, and Indigenous women and non binary technologists.
Invest in Women and Non Binary individuals: Provide communal spaces and shared experiences that aim to foster growth and connection both inside and outside of the classroom.
Combat Gentrification: Preserve the character and history of majority minority neighborhoods by ensuring the existing residents have pathways to economic mobility that allow them to stay in their communities.
