Lisa A. Bing has more than twenty-five years’ experience in organization and management development. Bing provides executive coaching, management development, keynote presentations and action meetings addressing issues of leadership and team development, culture change and diversity. Clients include major corporations as well as not-for-profit, educational, and government organizations.
Bing has been recognized as one of “25 Influential Black Women in Business”, “Top Brooklyn Woman in Business” and honored by the Boy Scouts and Brooklyn Borough President. She is a regular columnist for the Harlem Times, has been profiled in Money Magazine, Diversity Woman Magazine, Brooklyn Independent Television, Courier Life Publications, Brooklyn’s Progress and published in Black Enterprise and The Network Journal. She is a regular panelist on NYC Media’s “Brooklyn Savvy” talk show.
Bing is an adjunct faculty member at New York University where she teaches leadership and management courses. She serves on numerous boards: Vice Chair, Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce; Board Chair, Concord Christfund; Charter Member, Society for the Advancement of Consulting; Past President, Association for Talent Development, NY Metro. She is also an alumnus of Leadership New York, Coro Foundation.
Bing completed her undergraduate work at Boston University and graduate work at New York University and Teachers College, Columbia University where she developed her academic background in education, management development and organizational psychology.
