Camp Fire North Shore’s mission is to provide safe and inclusive out-of-school time programming that empowers youth to thrive and become caring and confident leaders. As an independent affiliate of the nationwide Camp Fire organization, CFNS has a long history of championing diversity and inclusion. Established in 1949, CFNS operates from its headquarters in Lynn, MA, and a Program Facility in Salem, which features a range of facilities and programming spaces.

The organization provides high-quality licensed after-school programs, 21st Century Community Learning Centers, and a variety of summer camp programs. CFNS incorporates the THRIVE{OLOGY} framework into all program areas, which is designed to foster positive development and leadership skills among youth.
