For the past 15+ years, I’ve built and scaled successful B2B applications and process improvements at State Street, a leading investment services provider. Now, I’m eager to pivot towards a role where I can directly contribute to addressing social issues.
I volunteer in a neighborhood organization providing ESL and resettlement services to immigrants who recently landed in the US. Next to the amazing people that I’ve met, what strikes me the most are the opportunities for process improvement; ones that would improve the future outlook for the resettling families, the tax payers, and our economy. I think my software and process transformation experience would be beneficial, and am looking for ways to learn more about non-profit operations while providing more direct and meaningful contributions to society.
