An optimal candidate for the board is: We are looking for Board members who have a background in the corporate sector, finance, the real estate industry, or the arts. We also would appreciate candidates who have an interest in social justice, youth justice, youth development, or mental health.

Participation expectations: We expect board members to attend all meetings and events in person. We expect board members to attend quarterly board meetings, actively participate on at least one committee and attend Groundswell events. 4 Board meetings per year (2.5 hrs each), weekday evenings.
