The mission of a Compass Pro Bono city board is to serve as a highly engaged, deeply committed, well functioning team of volunteer leaders dedicated to tapping their collective wisdom, talent, resources and experiences, both personal and professional, to enable a Compass Pro Bono site to achieve impact and scale in their community and to help Compass Pro Bono succeed.
