Johanna Wolf is a consulting psychologist and executive coach who has spent more than two decades helping leaders and organizations perform under pressure. She trained at Harvard Medical School, earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from George Washington University, and holds the PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation. Her career has been defined by a commitment to public service, beginning as a Peace Corps volunteer and extending through nearly seven years as the Command Psychologist for a joint special operations unit, where she advised senior leaders in some of the highest-stakes environments imaginable.
Today, Johanna is the founder of Hungry Wolf Consulting and co-founder of The Wolf Kamins Group, where she partners with executives, teams, and organizations on leadership, resilience, and adaptability. She brings deep expertise in the psychology and neuroscience of human behavior, helping leaders understand the underlying patterns that drive performance rather than just surface symptoms. Her work spans executive coaching, organizational consulting, and keynote speaking, and she is a certified partner in the AQai adaptability framework, which she uses to help teams and organizations navigate change and uncertainty.
A graduate of Johns Hopkins University and a member of the Society of Consulting Psychology, Johanna is known for pairing rigorous behavioral science with practical, human-centered judgment. She is driven by a belief that people and organizations can grow stronger through change, not in spite of it.
