I am a dynamic and dedicated C-Suite administrative professional with nearly 15 years of experience in executive support and board governance. Serving as a Chief of Staff, I am a thought partner, strategic advisor, and right-hand to my executive, ensuring that leadership priorities are executed efficiently.
Before becoming a Chief of Staff, I served as an Assistant to the President and Board Administrator, where I ran the office of the president and managed a 60+ member board of directors, ensuring seamless operations, compliance, and strategic alignment.
As an active member of the IAAP, I proudly serve as the Chair-Elect for the IAAP Foundation Board of Directors, contributing to the organization and advancement of administrative professionals worldwide.
My extensive background in board governance and dedication to elevating the standards for the administrative profession have led me to be a global trainer and speaker. I have been featured on multiple podcasts, industry publications, and have been a session and keynote speaker for multiple international organizations including Girl Scouts, The PA Way, the International Association of Administrative Professionals, Beacon-the Institute for Administrative Excellence, and Diligent. I am also a three-time administrative award finalist, a mentor and coach to my fellow colleagues, and author of the monthly blog Admins of Influence. I am also deeply involved in my community, volunteering with United Way and Wreaths Across America, and have served as a Girl Scout leader for five years.
With a relentless drive for excellence and a deep commitment to my profession, I continue to try and inspire the next generation of professionals, showing that leadership is possible at any age and any stage in your career.
