Her career spans frontline fundraising, senior leadership, and consulting roles with organizations advancing civil rights, legal advocacy, food security, accessibility, higher education, and the arts. Jaye has helped organizations secure transformational gifts, launch and grow major gifts programs, stabilize development operations during leadership transitions, and navigate moments of both growth and complexity.
