I bring a unique blend of design, strategic leadership, and community engagement to my work in climate and food systems. After more than 15 years leading large-scale design and innovation projects, I founded Sproutwell, an edible garden design company that helps people build climate-resilient gardens across New York City and the Hudson Valley. Through Sproutwell, I combine hands-on garden design with coaching in food growing and climate-smart eating, making it easier for people to live low-impact, garden-to-table lifestyles.
Beyond my business, I am deeply engaged in nonprofit and community-based initiatives. I volunteer with a collective in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, developing a community food forest where I lead site planning, plant selection, and community engagement. I am also completing a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Management to further strengthen my leadership and governance skills.
My expertise includes strategic planning, communications, program design, and stakeholder engagement, along with a creative background in experiential and digital design. I am particularly interested in serving on boards that focus on climate action, regenerative agriculture, food access and security, and the cultural aspects of climate-smart eating. My goal is to support organizations in bridging the gap between knowledge and action by making climate solutions accessible, inclusive, and inspiring.
