In May I rolled off two boards and served as their marketing chairs on both. The first was the National Association of Healthcare Advocacy based in California. I was able to transform their branding and marketing from catch as catch can, to professional and consistent. During my tenure we also reimagined, redesigned their website to reflect their commitment to serve independent health advocates, and attract new members. I trained staff, volunteers and fellow board members on how to share thought leadership, event news and opportunities over social media and email marketing.
While Marketing Chair and Executive Officer of the New Art Center, in Newton, MA, I supported their marketing team with event-based marketing initiatives as well as elevated their institutional brand. During my tenure, we held our first gala garnering $50k in revenue the first year and $100k the next. I supported strategic planning, as well as feasibility analysis of potentially moving locations.
