Sean Turbeville

I’ve served on and helped establish patient advocacy and research organizations, with a strong focus on strategic development, public health impact, and long-term sustainability. I helped build the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation (CCF), serving as a subject matter board member for seven years—a role I found incredibly rewarding. At the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine (CIRM) and with the Governor’s team, I helped shape public health and research initiatives to accelerate access to transformative therapies. I currently serve on the board of SARC, a non-profit oncology organization, where I guide strategic growth, mission alignment, and sustainability. Supporting mission-driven organizations through thoughtful strategy and collaborative leadership is one of the most meaningful aspects of my work.
