I have personally worked with organizations who are between 500-5000 employees in need of better technology. My mission is to empower organizations to be more transparent and have an open and accepting culture. This can be accomplished through many ways (I believe it always starts with a powerful vision from leaders) but it can absolutely be fostered and maintained through technology. A few examples of the “how”: have a simple and easy to use peer-to-peer feedback process, create better communication pathways from leadership to the individual employee, be consistent with sending out anonymous pulse surveys to measure engagment, and more!
Even though I am “in sales”, I have always prioritized helping organizations be more efficient and have better tools/analytics to support growth. Thank you!
