We are a small community mediation center serving Middlesex County, providing both free/very low cost mediation, conflict coaching, conflict skills workshops and Basic Mediation Training that meet the SJC requirements. Our budget is $500,000 and we have a small staff of six full and part time people. We are seeing Board members from a diverse set of backgrounds to augment our very committed core group. Board and Board committee meetings are virtual except for an annual Board retreat. Current committees are: Executive, Finance, Personnel, Fundraising and DEI.
