Ronald McDonald House of Orange County (RMHOC) seeks to attract Leadership volunteers for its House Board of Trustees who contribute their time, talent and treasure and promote OCRMH work in the community. The Orange County House is currently governed by a board representing a variety of professions, areas of expertise, and communities throughout the region.
Examples of desired attributes:

- A real interest in representing and promoting OCRMHÕs mission and fundraising efforts throughout the community with Personal and professional ethics and integrity

- Strategic & Innovative Leaders with expertise in at least one of the following areas: Financial management; entrepreneurship, business, law, development/fundraising, grantmaking, media/PR/communications; property management, design and/or construction services; human resources; IT; medical field

- Previous Ronald McDonald House engagement experience preferred

- Attend Board of Trustees meetings every other month, typically Jan, March, May, July, September and November and a Board Retreat annually

- Develop, approve and evaluate goals and objectives to further the organizationÕs mission

- Ensure the financial accountability for the organization
