Peer Health Exchange (PHE) is a national nonprofit with a strong local chapter in Boston. Our mission is to build healthier communities by, with, and for young people. Together, we provide the tools, resources, and educational opportunities young people need to make healthy decisions. PHE reaches young people in two primary ways: 1) in high school classrooms, where college-aged Fellows deliver our health curricula to their peers. 2) online, through our web app selfsea (co-created with young people), where we provide identity-affirming health content and resources to young people whenever and wherever they need them. Across all our work, we center youth voice and create opportunities for young people to drive meaningful change for health equity.
PHE is seeking individuals with a passion for health equity and/or youth leadership to join our Boston Regional Advisory Board. Regional Advisory Board Members enable PHE’s work building healthier communities with young people by 1) building awareness for PHE’s work in Boston and 2) generating funds to support our work. Members join a network of committed advocates dedicated to amplifying youth voice in service of health equity. You can read more about the role here!
