The Dignity Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering “at promise” youth, is seeking three board members with expertise in development and fundraising. Ideal candidates will have some sales experience and a large professional network. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the organization’s ambitious growth plans over the next five years. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about our mission and can bring innovative ideas and resources to support our cause. As a group of working board members, we value inclusivity and seek both individuals with lived experiences similar to those of our youth. We also welcome those interested in learning more about the Black and Brown experience in Boston. Everyone is welcome to join our dynamic team. This is immensely satisfying work, and you always get more than you give. *Annual contribution is on a sliding scale.
