Detailed Information

The Gratitude Network (http://gratitude-network.org), based in Pleasanton, California, is a leadership development organization working globally through Social Entrepreneurs to impact the lives of children and youth.Ê Today, we are impacting, through these leaders, the lives of 30+ million children and youth around the world.ÊÊ Whether it is children coping with the turmoil of war zone living through the study of dance, reaching children with educational television programming throughout West Africa in whatever language they speak and whatever platform they have access to, or giving children with autism in the US running and coaching support to help them find their voice, Gratitude is there to help the organizationÕs leader scale their organization to new levels.

The Gratitude Network seeks out the worldÕs most dynamic and innovative leaders and organizations throughout the world impacting the lives of children and youth, then we strengthen the LEADERSHIP of these organizations.ÊÊ To date we have worked with over 145 leaders (ÒFellowsÓ) in more than 35 countries.ÊÊ Fellows receive a 1-year program of deep, intense 1:1 coaching and strategic advice, connection and community with peer Fellows, learning and networking opportunities, and more – all designed to help them scale their business model to expand their organizationÕs impact… Our recent annual report found here shares more about our practices, successes and future plans.

Although our efforts are global in scope to support social entrepreneurs worldwide, our team is local and many of the social entrepreneurs that weÕve worked with to impact children and education are local, here in the Bay Area. Recently, Gratitude was awarded a national Silver Jefferson Award highlighting our community impact: https://sanfrancisco.cbslocal.com/video/5629872-jefferson-award-winner-randy-haykin/
