Mission
Vivo Crónico Foundation supports individuals and families navigating complex chronic illnesses by providing physical, emotional, and social support that helps them move through healthcare systems with greater agency, stability, and quality of life.
What We Do
Founded by Pablo Waissbluth, Vivo Crónico Foundation was created in response to the reality that many people living with chronic illness are left to navigate fragmented healthcare systems on their own. Too often, care is disconnected, overwhelming, and focused on symptoms rather than the lived experience of the individual.
Our work helps individuals and families feel more informed, connected, and supported by:
Building community for people living with chronic illness and their families
Providing educational resources and patient support
Helping individuals navigate complex healthcare systems with confidence
Advancing holistic, patient-centered care
Our Vision
We envision a future where no one navigates chronic illness alone. Vivo Crónico Foundation is building a more connected, compassionate ecosystem of support grounded in lived experience.
Over time, this work will expand to include integrative medicine, legal counseling, business incubator services, and more. The long-term vision is to help develop one of the first truly holistic medical centers in the Americas.
